This was a great local place, despite its location in front of the cathedral. We had the squid kebab they called it (we didn’t see the Portuguese menu) and a pineapple soaked in Port wine. A green wine (vinho verde). All was superb. And I got to speak Portuguese (although I am awful at that) which proves that it is truly local

A cozy, super local place with typical Portuguese homemade food. The owner was very friendly and nice. My friend and I had dinner. I ordered Bacalhau a Tasca, fresh fish accompanied with potatoes I have at the time with lots of flavor and a super good price. Very tasty house wine. Definitely if I will definitely eat again at this place.

We ate the cheese omelette with fries and the shrimps. Both were delicious! You could taste that everything was freshly made and even the fries were handcut. All in all a small, very nice restaurant.

Very traditional Portuguese Tasca, don't expect any fanciness, this is exactly the kind of local place where usually portuguese people like to go. To be right in front of the Sé is quite cheap, we had a very nice bacalhau and a grilled robalo.

Food was delicious. The waiter will bring you an appetizer without asking. Just make sure it's something you're wanting because they will charge you for it. :)You'll need to brush up on your Portuguese before dining here. But some staff does speak some Spanish.I forgot to take a picture of our plates before devouring it! Lol

Very good local seafood in a typical small Tasca. Must try the Tasca own white wine, unique and tasty. Definitely a place to come back.
